1. If you have below a 2.00 semester gpa but you have a 3.50 gpa on your LSU and cumulative gpas, you will not be placed on college probation.

2. College probation and scholastic probation are the same.

3. If I have a semester gpa below 2.00 for two consecutive regular semesters, I will be dropped from the College of Arts and Sciences.

4. If I am dropped by the College of Arts and Sciences, I can apply to the college the next semester regardless of my gpa.

5. The college probation, academic warning, scholastic probation, and scholastic drop policies are all based upon a student’s LSU and cumulative gpas.

6. After being dropped from the College of Arts and Sciences, you can re-enroll after earning an “A” / 4.00 in one class in Intersession.

7. After being dropped from the College of Arts and Sciences, I can still graduate the next semester from another academic unit on campus with an Arts and Sciences degree.
